Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your LIVY order. That's why we offer an easy returns service. Once the original recipient receives the Digital Gift Card, the buyer has 14 days to cancel. Upon receipt of the cancellation notification, LIVY will deactivate the Digital Gift Card, provided that the credited amount has not been spent in whole or in part, and will refund it within 14 days, using the banking methods used at the time of purchase.

*The LIVY gift card is a voucher valid in all LIVY stores in mainland France (excluding department store corners) and on the li-vy.com website. It can be presented on paper or mobile. Non-personal and non-exchangeable, it is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase in store or email. The amount credited, between €50 and €500, can be used in one or more installments and can be topped up with another payment method. It does not allow the purchase of another gift card. The use of several gift cards to pay for the same purchase is not authorized on li-vy.com. Its balance can be viewed in store, on the li-vy.com website or by contacting customer service. In the event of a return of an item purchased in store and paid for with the gift card, only an exchange will be possible; the card cannot be credited. If an item purchased on the li-vy.com website and paid for with a gift card is returned, the card will be credited. Any damaged gift card will be refused. In the event of loss, theft, destruction, or expiration, it will not be replaced or refunded. It cannot be used in opposition to its use, nor can it be subject to compensation or a cash refund.
