Return & Refund


You have 21 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return.

Our return policy is very strict , in order to guarantee all our customers impeccable products.

Each returned item undergoes careful quality control upon arrival at our warehouse.

To be accepted, the article must:


  • Must not have been worn, washed or damaged.

  • Having simply been tried on with personal underwear underneath, for lingerie pieces.

  • Be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and labels intact.

  • Not having been purchased at a sale.


Sensitive items (panties, thongs, bodysuits, swimsuits)

Any returned product that is stained or shows signs of use will be refused.

No exceptions will be made, except in the event of a defect reported in advance by our customer service with visual proof.

You can easily return your items by mail. LIVY will cover the return shipping costs.

Here's how to do it:

  • Go to the RETURN MY ITEMS link.
  • Select the items you wish to return and indicate the reason for return.
  • Print the return slip and insert it into your package. Print the prepaid return label and affix it to your package.
  • Please feel free to return your items in the original packaging; an adhesive strip is provided for this purpose to close the package.
  • Drop off your package at the post office of your choice. Be sure to keep the tracking number so you can follow its delivery to our premises.

With this return method by post, only a refund or credit note is possible. (No online exchanges)

Upon receipt of your package, our team will process your return. It may take 2 to 5 business days for quality checks.

During busy periods, this time may be slightly longer.

Once your return has been validated, the refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days via the initial payment method , thanks to the secure services of our partner ADYEN .

Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2 to 4 days for the amount to appear in your account.

A confirmation email will be automatically sent to you once the refund has been processed.


  • payment by gift card (total or partial), the amount concerned will be re-credited in the form of a dematerialized gift card , sent by e-mail to the address used when ordering.

  • PayPal, refund times depend on the terms set by your PayPal contract.
